@yakkoTDI Only if you lined them with garbage bags since they aren’t waterproof. But do you really want the contents of what you’d put in them under the bed you are sleeping on?
@ItalianScallion Maybe keeping @yakkoTDI’s trunk “stuff” under the bed might be, but since I have two similar ones under my bed I figure two bads make a feng shul good since they are strategically arranged to stay out of my way and out of my sight. Right?
The stuff is better there than elsewhere as I live in 2 rooms and 525sf down from 1900 (that was not a happy financially forced move to HUD, multiple cancers, including one with no cure but a longer life, is the gift that never stops giving).
@DrunkCat You really ought to expand your vocabulary instead of getting wasted all the time you big pussy . Here, try using these words in place of “Garbage”: trash, debris, rubbish, junk, dust, litter, truck, sewage, rubble, waste, offal, dross, effluvia, refuse, chaff, deadwood, drek, scrap, effluvium, dreck, wreckage, raffle, riffraff, lumber, ruins, spilth, wash, detritus, offscouring, dump, crud, swill, remains, discard, flotsam, scrap heap, trumpery, slop, straw, jetsam, nothing, castoff, odds and ends, throwaway, reject, cull, two bits, hand-me-down.
I have the Ikea version (looks very, very similar except mine are a little higher and I only have two). As was said above, you don’t want to overload them as they aren’t made to be stuffed like a duffle bag is.
Excuse me, but I’ve just spoken with my youngest cat and he would like me to inform you that under the bed is a space that is specifically reserved for cats.
@steelopus Well fill one of these with pillows, put a blanket over the plastic, put the bed on 4" risers and likely your cat would be very happy to have a soft, warm spot under the bed.

Maybe I can use these instead of the trunk.

@Kidsandliz Good point.
@Kidsandliz @yakkoTDI Keeping stuff under your bed is bad feng shui.

“AI” Garbage.
@DrunkCat Just amazing creative writing on display here.

@yakkoTDI lol okay mr. “incorrect fact”. bot some more
@MrGoodGuy No.
Uh oh, the “@DrunkCat” “AI” bot is stuck again on the same comment and the same reply. Can someone please reboot it?
@ItalianScallion the inebriated feline appears to have a very limited grasp of vocabulary, and is very redundant redundant.
@DrunkCat @MrGoodGuy

@blaineg @DrunkCat @MrGoodGuy Word.
will these fit under a waterbed?
@alacrity
/showme a bed in a house on stilts above a lake
@alacrity looks like they should fit, judging by the bot’s picture
@mediocrebot I’ve heard of the tiny house movement, but this? Really?
If there were no mosquitoes, I’d honestly be interested in trying this
@haydesigner But you’d be OK trying that in the wind and rain. Right?
@haydesigner @Kidsandliz Or just high humidity.
@ItalianScallion @mediocrebot I was thinking that myself
The write up today is spot on: “If you’re shopping here, we know you have too much stuff”
@einrad So much truth to this.
@einrad

We have these and used them for off season storage in the open, ventilated loft area of our garage.
Unfortunately the clear plastic becomes quite brittle when subjected to heat and/or cold cycles. Many of them ripped when retrieving.
Also, don’t overload weight wise, because the handles like to tear off the bags if you do, and it wasn’t like we were loading in bags of sand
TLDR; keep in the house, treat with kid gloves.

After reading that product write-up, I almost felt motivated to throw away those old stained t-shirts that are two sizes too small for me. Almost.
Goblin king, goblin king, wherever you may be! Take this child of mine far away from me!
Did I win?
This write-up was so spot on, it was kind of scary. Rather then get rid of all this shit, I might as well just…
/buy
@caffeineguy It worked! Your order number is: energetic-bountiful-wasp
/showme energetic bountiful wasp
/showme a very drunken cat & his friends, wearing party hats, with the bottle all around
/showme lying-woolen-cucumber
So wait, if you put these under your bed, where will the dust bunnies live?
@mehcuda67 On top of these.
