@gnnorrt I agree, I thought they would be a gimmick and break the first use but they are actually pretty great little choppers, ideally for small or personal use vs preparing a large family meal. I’m still using my original one after a few months with a several backups that haven’t been needed yet. Trying to talk myself out of stockpiling even more lol.
@gnnorrt@scilynt Is it any good for fine-chopping ginger and garlic? I have a hand-cranked bigger one but it’s too big to be useful on small quantities of things that are irritating to chop by hand+knife.
@gnnorrt@ravenblack is say probably yes. I’ve only used mine for onion and bell peppers, about a quarter to half at a time without any issues. Those should probably work fine too.
