@goldnectar oh, I forgot an important convenience detail. My wired inflator just keeps going so I have to watch it in order to prevent over inflation. You can set the psi target with these and they auto shut off.

@cfg83 It means that it’s a 20,000 mAh battery which is 20 amp hours so 5 times that is 100 amps so the battery could theoretically discharge at 100 amps. But nothing on this little tire inflator thing could possibly draw 100 amps without melting. So in practice the battery can put out enough current operate the pump and charge your phone and run the flashlight, which you would hope it would. So I guess it tells you it means nothing.

Goddammit, I blew a 600 something day streak by missing the damn meh button yesterday. So instead of approaching my 1053 day streak and trying to beat it, I get to start over at 1.
Now the question is, do I even bother attempting another multi-year streak?

After missing a day I decided to create patterns in the monthly meh memes by purposefully and artfully skipping days throughout the month to form a design. That made me feel better and took away the OCD anxiety. Now I’m back to every day meh clicks and just went past two years of daily clicks; coincidentally, my two year click coincided with Meh’s birthday. I know it’s a matter of time until I miss a day.
I have this when they sold it before and it has worked flawlessly since I got it. I must have used it over a dozen times and it has saved my ass. It’s inflates faster then I would expect for something so small.
I just bought this and thought about the risk of fire regarding storing this device for long periods in a hot car. Anyone have any advice regarding safety and risks of storing these devices?
@accelerator I think the main thing is to only keep it charged like 50-80% otherwise overcharge + heat = bad for it. But then again, I had an early one that was stored improperly and wouldn’t charge correctly.
Another satisfied buyer here. Finally used it on a tire the other day. 10 psi on a Honda Odyssey OEM tire ran the battery down 2 bars out of 4 and the hose and nozzle were hot to the touch afterward as warned by a sticker on the hose. Definitely won’t inflate 4 flats on a battery charge, but it will top off 1 or 2 low ones, and it comes with the DC power cable in a pinch.
I have one. If I inflate all four tires by about 15 psi on an SUV it will overheat before it finishes all of them, but just cool it off and finish up. Good buy, worth having around.

@pmarin Late followup: Mine arrived with about three-quarters of a charge, and I plugged them in to top off before doing anything else. My stepdaughter’s Corolla had a flat tire day before yesterday, and one of these took it up to 36psi in about five minutes without getting noticeably hot, or using a significant amount of the battery charge. I gave her one of them for future needs after we got the tire swapped out.

@user92777310 It’s supposed to run nearly an hour on a charge. But some of the batteries in these were not great or perhaps not balanced.
