2025 April fools day Meh-rathon IRK reveal
11Today’s IRK delivery had me playing my favorite Meh-themed game. “Is it what the box says, or was that just what was available in the warehouse?”
I’m ecstatic to report that the box didn’t lie, because there was an entire 11-piece set of Cuisinart pots and pans inside (only one of which has a cosmetic ding in it!) along with a green IRK bag, a Vupoint camera, and 10 bags of Roar cherry limeade electrolyte drink mix.

I got a similar haul. There was a lot less regret than I expected. I got an 8-piece set of Cuisinart induction pots and pans (not useful for me but a friend’s kid is graduating so maybe a graduation gift). Inside the Cuisinart box was Sonic toothbrush heads (useful), a travel adapter for Italy (useful as I planning to go to Italy next year), 10 bags of Roar cherry limeade electrolyte drink mix (not sure of the usefulness yet) and the ever present green IRK bag (not shown in the pic).
Mine was about 40% regret. An Olympia brand black 3 piece luggage set. The large one has packing tape stuck all to it that’s going to take a lot of goo gone to get rid of. Middle case has broken zipper.
Small one is in good condition and contained 10 bags of drink mix, BB date 01/2025, a travel power adapter, vu point camera and green irk bag. So worth the $18 I paid I suppose. I tried to see if I could repair the zipper but it’s unfortunately beyond my capability. 🫤

@ironcheftoni Try hitting the packing tape with a hairdryer first. I got out some drawer liner paper that had been in a chest of drawers for years and years just by heating it.

A 6-port USB hub with blue/white threaded 6ft extension cord (meh)
A black purse (meh, I’m a dude but can pawn it off on my daughter)
Hot pink leggings (I may keep these for myself)
A Regret bag.
In summation: One good item, the rest are “meh.”
Mine was supposed to arrive today. It says it’s still in Texas
@pattyrusk1 Yeah, those IRKs sure do like to hang around in Texas and party for who knows how long before someone grabs them in their morning-after hungover state, throws them in a delivery van, and gets them on our way to us.

Well regret was to be here the 6th. When it didn’t show I checked tracking again. Updated to the 8th. Well regret is still not here. It now says April 9th it’s in Ocala FL. I’m Oviedo FL so regret is closer. No more day of delivery stated. lol. Maybe they got tired of misjudging how long it would take. Maybe it’s taking so long because it’s unwieldy luggage! A girl can dream!
