Sometimes, hummus with pita or naan or suitable chips. Sometimes, three or four bags of the cheap puffed corn snack from Aldi. (It’s basically crisp, melt-in-your-mouth salty air.) Usually it’s something else. It’s seldom the same thing twice in a week.
@Kyeh Variety here too. If I eat too much of any one thing I’m liable to get too much: salt (meat sticks), sugar alcohols (artificial sweetener), fat (cheese, peanut butter), etc.
Popcorn! White hulless homemade, on your stove with plenty of olive oil! NO SALT or butter needed. Goes good with chocolate, nuts, fruit & cheese. Try it. Good source of fiber. It’s filling too.
I once heard someone say meat sticks are fucking delicious.
