I recently chimed in on the how many VMPs are left thread. This will be my last month.

I ordered the potholders. A long time went by, and I reached out to customer service. Chad replied: “DHL lost it. We canceled the order.”

THAT. WAS. IT.

I wrote back, inquiring, so… does that mean that I don’t get my potholders? No “hey, we are shipping you out them ASAP and as a sorry, we refunded your order.”

No. Literally the bare minimum a company has to do for not delivering the product after having their money for weeks: refund.

I guess I shouldn’t have expected any after the years of being a VMP and seeing what it gets me, but seriously?

Mercatalyst didn’t even inform me that it was shipped or lost. I had to waste time. No apology. No, hey, let’s keep you as a customer. Just: “It was lost; it was refunded.” FOAD.
