Can’t say for sure but in my experience the vast majority of these type of wall warts are auto switching between 110 to 220v. I would definitely check the label to be sure, but odds are it will work fine.
Refurbished? That means it’s already broke once.

While the wall wart on this is listed as a “charger” nowhere in the write-up or specs do I see it specifically said it is cordless. If it really is, what’s the approximate runtime you can expect from a full charge?
