I bought slippers a couple of years ago, and it was good until I stepped on hard wood floors, then it was like walking on a wet surface. Maybe these are different but for that price I find that unlikely.
@phendrick You’re not supposed to slip wearing slippers. They’re supposed to be easy to slip onto your feet. Imagine buying a pair of shoes that exist to slip and fall in.

I got these during the last mehrathon. Specifically the high backed barberry ones. They’re pinker than the photo looks on my device, so they’re actually kinda cute. And omfg comfortable! I got the medium and wear a 9 1/2 to 10 in women’s, depending on cut. They fit me perfectly! The inside is super soft. The only thing I don’t like is that the outside kinda feels like hotel furniture. Just slightly too stiff. I’m hoping that will mellow out with wear though. The antiskid bottoms work well too.
@troy these came today and my toes are only minimally exposed but gosh do they feel good after wearing boots all day. The only downside is my doggo thought they were a new toy for him but that got corrected promptly. Yes, my feet are happy!
@haydesigner@ybmuG Well usually it’s the women that don’t have any choice at all. BUT a women’s 10 is a men’s 8 so men will smaller feet can buy the women’s.
I bought the laid-back slippers in the mehrathon. They have a bit of stretch in that opening, but now they don’t have the same tread you see pictured in the post. They have little plastic nubs. Kinda bummed because I was hoping I could use them to shuffle myself outside with the dog in the winter. Ah well.
I can’t figure out which is which. I look at the men’s slippers and I get a medley of different colors and styles paraded in annoying succession. My curiosity isn’t that strong.
@troy Maybe put that in the directions since more than one have has the same issue (not that we as American’s are very good at reading directions … but hey it might help at least a few ocd folks).
