@brennyn I just meant that the poll’s terminology is silly. Both are grilling. When I make cookies, I don’t say that I’m “baking in”.

We’re making mixtas: corn tortillas with guac, pickled cabbage, a hot dog link, mayo, ketchup, and mustard.

Ribs and brats. I’m not in the mood to do a brisket. I can get one acceptably smoked in three or four hours if I load the grill correctly, (five or six if I’m being lazy) but finishing it in the oven takes overnight, and it’s too damn hot for that.
