Almost but not quite completely not a bagel.
Soft, sweet, more like extra-dense brioche than bagel.
And I will enjoy eating every last one of them.

I found the croissant bread this year and it makes the BEST grilled cheese in the world. If you’ve never tried it, you should. It’s also very good for toast.
