Emily Bronte, Buddy Guy, Peter Bogdanovich, Paul Anka, William Atherton, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean Reno, Kate Bush, Laurence Fishburne, Alton Brown, Terry Crews, Christopher Nolan, Hillary Swank and Jaime Pressly all have birthdays this month. That is only one day though.
My mother has one this month, defying everyone’s expectations; she was in hospice care for 6 months last year but they did such a great job that they had to stop coming!
Get with the program @jouest. meh birthday bashes should always involve giving out irks, activities, fun, toys, games, irks (that even ink for irk people can get a second or third or more one, just like everyone else)… Did I say irks? Some years quite a few have been given out and those days has been full of activities. And then some years nothing much exciting went on… Surely some of the people still work at meh who were here during those celebrations and can enlighten those who were not… There were some pretty clever activities in the past.
@jouest@Kidsandliz Yeah- what she said. The 4th birthday was the best one ever, there were lots of contests and they were slinging IRKs at people like Oprah and cars. I think my IRK total was 13. It was so great.
@Cerridwyn@jouest@Pony I think I got two or three then (no longer remember and too lazy to look at my account). Some were due to luck, some were “participation trophies”, and one, if I recall correctly was being the closest to being right with something.
@jouest@Kidsandliz@Pony I remember that now Liz. Having to guess something. I think mine was to participation in some question that one of the Forum trolls from at that point mediocre Incorporated had going along. I can’t remember which one of them it was.
I hope to one day be close to right about something
So tell us multiple irks with fun and games and then work to make that happen. Then you will be right and people will give you many “likes”. See? Easy to solve that problem.
@Cerridwyn@jouest@Kidsandliz Yes! There were so many fun games and contests. A Meh cake contest, a contest for art made from items purchased from Meh, Photoshop contests, it was… okay, I’ll say it… Awesome.
I am quite interested in celebrating my next one.
@macromeh renews the subscription
