Just had a “news” article pop up on my phone… seems that June 1st was the 100th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe’s birth.

Sadly, she died long before I was born so I’ve only known her as a historical figure.
For PCs, the ATX standard for cases, power supplies, and motherboards came out over 30 years ago.
The VGA and PS/2 keyboard/mouse ports that are still present on some modern motherboards came out nearly 40 years ago.
And I was DIY building before those.
Wut.
