I’ve got this lovely atomic spicy braised bass that’s taken a day to descale, defrost, and sear; a crispy fried top ramen that took an afternoon to pull together; an apple cobbler that had to be made last night and cooled; with a cherry-lemon-ginger aperitif that’s been fermenting for a week… but you’re now in the mood for pizza.
Well, all this goes to live in the freezer for the next three months.
I’d rather not.
Order pizza. It’s a tough job and somebody’s gotta do it.
