I’ve gotten these on two IRKs already, the first one worked fine. So when I got the second, I figured I’d gift it to my folks… That one was a dud though, no power cable and even when I used the cable from my own, it wouldn’t move at all. Since I had already made the whole scene about giving them the cold brewer, I just ended up swapping mine with theirs, so they could have a working one.
Yeah, this thing sucks as a cold brew with ground coffee. The rubber seal let’s grounds through EVERY TIME.
It works well as a mixer for protein powder though, or to stir other stuff.

I regret buying this. It basically sloshes the grounds in hot water and then you get coffee the color of tea.
