“…cordless serving” - meaning it is unplugged and no longer warming the gravy. Another term would be “Off”.
Now, if there was a battery that could keep it warming while on the table (where there are no outlets), that’d be a thing.
@Jonas4321 my wife had a “cordless” clothes iron but that meant you dropped it into a plugged-in on the ironing board but when you lifted it up it had no power. Would be good for quick bits of ironing then drop it back in to reheat. Honestly was not bad if you understood the limitations.

I can’t believe this is a thing.
@sammydog01 Hmmm … I’m actually kind of tempted by it!
@Kyeh I would be lying if I said I didn’t think about buying one.
Isn’t this the coffee mug warmer with a gravy thing on it?
Doesn’t list wattage. So maybe a coffee mug warmer?

I don’t need a gravy boat on a hot plate, but that write up did make me laugh out loud.
I see a teapot but how can it keep the tea warm?
Good Gravy that’s an oddly specific appliance!
Maybe, just maybe, this thingamajig can keep warm coffee warm!!
