@mediocrebot I have one of them. it has a grate & two boxes. I got rid of the lid. So to clean the litter box, Just lift the grate& shake the litter down in to the the box below, Take a scoop remove the stuff left in the grate & put into toilet, flush! left the pan to get to the 2nd pan, Put grate into 2nd pan & pour litter into it! Then Put littler box back ready for use
@Lynnerizer@mediocrebot@mycya4me Yeahhhh … they claim it is but the city frowns on it here and I think the plumbers do too. I have a friend who did it but I never have.
@Lynnerizer they also have rings that you can put on your toilet. to train your cat, 1st it is a pan, the smaller pan with a hole, Finally the ring with NO pan with the cat going directly into the toilet.
@Lynnerizer@mycya4me I think it’s whatever causes the litter to clump that they don’t want in the plumbing. Having a cat who’d use the loo would be terrific.
@Kyeh@mycya4me
Well yeah that’s exactly what I was thinking, it’s the litter itself that shouldn’t be flushed.
I almost got one of those ring things to train the cat how to use the toilet. At first I thought it would be great but then I just thought it was a little gross sitting on the same toilet seat as my cat. Maybe if I was a little younger and more agile, I’d be able to clean it quickly with a Lysol wipe before I needed to sit down to do my own business. But these days that’s just not possible! 🩼 Lol
@Kyeh@Lynnerizer But, the way I understood the Cat Ring is that it is Removable. Very easy after you have the ring w/o the litter. But then again I have two bathrooms.
As far as the litter. Mostly I have the clumping style. When I get a larger clump I just use my scoop to break it into small pieces. We don’t want to clog the toilet do we… it can be a REAL mess!
@Kyeh@mycya4me
Yes the ring is removable but when you’re done training the cat sits on your regular toilet seat, the removable ring thing is just for training.
@AaronLeeJohnson
I know that was a problem for kittens so now some new ones have a safety feature specifically so that doesn’t happen. The M1 Neakasa is the one that I know has it, that’s the one that I bought just about a year ago. It’s been life-changing for both the cat AND us!
The cartoon part of the write up was clever and so “cat”.
You must have accidentally deleted one of the frames. That one the cat was saying: “I couldn’t find my favorite toy I carry around in my mouth but I did find a cockroach to carry around. I know you like to play with me so I brought you my new toy. That you were in bed asleep for hours meant you’d have energy to play if I woke you up. I loved the way it ran all over your bed until it fell off. I then picked it up in my mouth, jumped back on your bed and set it down again. This new toy is great. It doesn’t even need batteries to run around. What I don’t understand is why when you got up instead of playing with me and my fabulous new toy you grabbed it, opened the window and threw it outside.”
And yes - this is a real story about that happened to me in the middle of the night with one of my cats - from my cat’s point of view.
@Kidsandliz
My folks had a copy of this meme taped on their office wall. Not only does it look like their cat Boudreaux, he frequently brought them "perfection "
We have a Litter Robot and it is high maintenance and 3x the price of this device.
We (meaning I) are all the time having to take it apart to clear errors with the computer control thinking there’s dust/litter in hard to reach places that you have to disassemble to reach. Huge PITA to have on average every 2-3 weeks.
The rubber gasket at the entrance has already been destroyed by our cat and the litter has a tendency to collect into a clay-like congealment at the bottom of the litter that does not empty and occasionally has to be scraped out.
Also, looking at this device, you’ll also want to invest in a litter carpet so that the debris doesn’t trek all through the house when you’re cat’s done.
I would be interested in this but I have a feeling it’s more trouble than it’s cost-effectiveness. Even more of a hassle than our Cadillac of a litter box
@hockeyham
Oh no, you got a nightmare of a box! I thought the couple of tiny annoying things with our box was bad, I stand corrected! For the most part our box has been life-changing, in a good way! My biggest issue was that our guy Tuc started kicking litter out onto the litter carpet that fortunately came with the box! I just received a fender yesterday and it’s supposed to stop that from happening. Our M1 Neakasa litter box has a open top rather than the circle opening in front. Even after a year when it’s do it’s thing he STILL sits in front of it watching in wonderment and trying to figure out where his is going!
@hockeyham I don’t know, our Litter Robot has had some minor issues that required troubleshooting in the 5-6 years we’ve had it, but I wouldn’t call it high maintenance or a hassle. Much easier than normal litter boxes.
And it’s safe. I’d be worried about this no name brand as I’ve heard some scary things about other brands.
@Kyeh I bought a automatic “box” similar to this and there was a definate aclimation period for CC and Snickers
I ended up trying to let their regular box get full until they appreciated the fresh litter in the cylinder.
Mine has a default 6 minute delay before it senses the cat is out. They’re still a little skittish but they have been reliably using it for a few weeks now.
I love ours, so does Tuc! I made a couple comments on previous posts about it. Kyeh, we got the kind with a open top because Tuc is a scaredy cat too. At the time the M1 Neakasa was the only one like that I could find but now they have several much less expensive options out there. With ours you’re able to adjust the delay time of emptying in the app. I like to set it for around 20 minutes in order to let the clumps harden up a bit so they don’t leave a mess on the inside of the box. Sometimes I’m able to see where it’s slid against the side as it empties because it’s a open top. That’s a simple thing to wipe down with a Lysol wipe though. I didn’t give Tuc a choice when we first got it, I just took the other one away altogether. I had faith! Lol
therealjrn, I hope Snickers and CC, and YOU as well, end up loving your new automatic litter box as much as we much as we love ours!
And Kyeh, I’d recommend the open top option for Toby since he’s a scaredy cat like Tuc. And, IMO, it’s really not a much bigger footprint than a regular litter box.
I’ve always been fascinated with the Maine Coon cat breed! I love watching them with their families on IG and YT. It’s the huge ones that get my attention! Last year when I was thinking about getting a friend for Tuc I asked my guy what he thought about one of those? Unfortunately, he knew what they were and shot that down real fast! Since he does the daily cat chores, besides the grooming, I didn’t have much of an argument! Lol
@Kyeh@Lynnerizer It’s close to impossible to overstate how much I’m pleased with our automatic litter box. It’s a major upgrade and with 2 cats, I usually only have to empty the bin once a week. The plastic liner bags make that a breeze.
They both are facinated when it starts doing the cleaning and watch it closely. But I think they’re fairly acclimated now, just like they are with my fancy motorized adjustable queen bed now. When I had first got the bed they were a little wary, but snuggle up quite comfortably now.
If I didn’t already have a nice motorized solution, I would be giving this one today a whirl.
@Kyeh@therealjrn
Glad you’re loving the automatic system, I think they’re wonderful and only wished I had gotten one 20 years sooner!
Oh wow, please do tell about your new fancy queen bed. I STILL haven’t done anything about MY queen size not so new, fancy and broken down deflated bed! I’m thinking about just replacing it with a king size with the same type of massage and adjustable base. But maybe just not the expensive Sleep Number brand. IDK, my indecisive procrastinating mind has just been working overtime doing it’s thing. My goodness, how I frustrate myself!
@Kyeh@Lynnerizer My bed is a hand-me-down queen Serta brand (non split) with motorized “massage” and will lift my feet/legs or the head/torso or a variety of configurations.
It’s an early generation but still works great. An older couple from my church decided they didn’t like it anymore so they were giving it away. They were keeping their mattress but my queen mattress works just fine.
I have a very bad hip but sleeping on this thing has helped my mobility and put off a hip replacement. I like to use my heated mattress pad and an electric blanket in the colder weather so I’m bundled up like a little burrito lol.
I don’t use the massage at all really, it just kind of vibrates and doesn’t do much for me. It has different settings for intensity but I’m not impressed.
But it does kind of bring back memories of staying in motels when I was a kid and asking for a quarter for the magic fingers bed ha ha!
I can wholeheartedly recommend one. I don’t wake up as creaky and don’t have to use my cane as much.
@Kyeh@therealjrn
It sounds like your base does the same thing as mine does, I love the massage feature and use it a lot. Thankfully my side of the bed is still useable. I love how it feels when you do the inversion position! I’ve got a fused hip, at 30 years old they said I was too young for a replacement and when I got to 60 there wouldn’t be enough bone for a third replacement. Nobody thought to take into consideration the medical advancements that would happen. Totally wish I had opted for the hip replacement at 30! That being said, I’ve had more complications and other happenings than I could have imagined. I wish you well with your hip issues, a comfortable bed is SO important! I’ve got to figure out how I’m going to move forward.
@stevenorum or my review… my boy cats seemed to hold their pee for so long that the clumps were really large therefore the cleaning mechanism could not lift it.
Well I have a open top automatic litter box so I wonder what Jaxon has to say about that?
I haven’t watched him in a long time, I do wonder why he says that though?
Several years ago I bought a Litter Robot after finding out auto-scooping litter boxes are a thing. You will not regret getting a litter box that scoops itself. Truly.
@booogerbrain Agreed! It’s a whole new world not having to scoop. I’m using less litter now as well. Here’s the one I bought, which seems to be very similar to the one offered here. https://a.co/d/6NyB3Fv
We added a little mat in front of it to catch the few litter granules that were carried out of the device. I think we also left the lid off because her cat preferred it that way. Since I was historically on litter-box duty when we’d visit (she was living with dementia and who knows how many months would have gone by before scooping if it had been entirely up to her), I liked that it made that operation a lot easier for me!
Andymand I had known about that kind with the rake for years before buying one of the other ones. Have you had both types or just the rake type at your moms place, I’m curious which you prefer?
I have 1 almost identical to this. It was great at first.
Yeah a little bit of litter gets onto the carpet in front of it.
Yeah sometimes it’d have to pause during cleaning a little because I overloaded it. I mean who tf is sticking a ruler into the litter pile to measure “about 1 inch”.
Yeah sometimes you need to clean off the gunk caked to the bottom of the tray
But not having to scoop litter constantly was amazing. My girl kitty was fascinated by the drum rotating to dump her dump in the basket. She sat in front of it for 20 minutes after pooping just waiting for it to go.
On that note, if you do get one, make sure to use the app to wait 20 minutes after cleaning. The default 5 minutes is not enough time for clumping.
My runty boy cat somehow developed arthritis at 3 years old so we had to get him a special low-profile litter box and now both of them will only use that. Alas.
@user42122886 heck if I know. I may have gotten a different manual. I’m sure there are thirty different companies selling this exact rebranded litter box
I had one identical to this. It lasted all of 3 weeks. No matter how much I cleaned and scrubbed every nook and cranny, it would still read error. I basically just set $230 on fire. Do not recommend
If you’re still panning for cat poop in 2025, please know you don’t have to anymore. Wood pellets can and should replace your old-school litter. It doesn’t smell, it turns to sawdust when wet, and instead of panning, you just dump the whole thing in the trash once a week. Yes, you can buy a special sifting box made especially for the pellets but it’s not necessary.
Oh, and the best part? It’s way cheaper than litter.
And the even better best part? They’re made from sawmill byproduct so 100% recycled, better for the environment, etc…
*Edit: Yes, the same pellets you can use in your grill/griddle/oven. Find them on the cat litter aisle or at feed stores!
That’s right, NEVER SAY NEVER!
I was beyond “not a cat person” until I was 25 years old, I absolutely despised them! (Probably due to growing up with my mom scaring the feral cats out from under our house with a BB gun. I became scared of them and traumatized ) Then, in 1993 after seeing the Disney movie Homeward Bound I couldn’t get my hands on a Himalayan cat like Sassy quick enough! My heart was aching and within a week I had my first Himalayan kitten who of course looked identical to Sassy! I fell in love with the breed and I’ve been a cat snob ever since!
We already have a self cleaning litter box. At least I assume it’s self cleaning - I don’t do anything to it.
(Hmm, maybe my wife would know more about it… they’re her cats. )
@Kidsandliz out of about 90 things I’ve purchased, this is the third or fourth I’ve had to contact them about. I’d say that’s a pretty good success rate
@st_ellis Of course that is a pretty good success rate overall, however it looks like this particular product is not working for many and some are getting a different product than what they purchased. That is what this thread and my comments are about.
Mine arrived. It’s not the same as the one in the photo at all. There’s no internal LED light, the design is different, and the display is much more basic (just a few buttons and small indicator lights). There’s a hose for the deodorant box (sold separately) but zero explanation of where to even buy the deodorant box: no description, no part number, no link, whatsoever. It connects to the “Tuya” app. My cats haven’t been brave enough to try it yet but it does appear to work based on its self-cleaning cycles and test operation — it’s just clearly not the one depicted that I thought I was receiving.
Yeah, my off-brand clone uses the same app. Jokes on Chyna tho, it reports my ~10# cats weigh 17 pounds! That’s enough to give any rogue ninjas pause. HAHAHA
@SterlingArcher You could contact meh support to let them know they sent something different than advertised if you end up unhappy with the one you got.
@amusinglisa Surely so AL! I really appreciated the price although it was more than meh’s, it was A LOT less than a Litter Robot brand. It even comes with a couple rolls of waste bags to get you started!
Hopefully mine will arrive. This is the third day it has said on the truck out for delivery.
Yesterday evening the status was “package held”. I called FedEx asking them what that meant and they told me that the seller had asked them to hold the package and not deliver it and I jad to contact them. I’m ten years of buying from meh I’ve never had them hold shipment from me before so curious what is going on…
I started a support ticket but this morning I notice it says it’s out for delivery again, not held, so maybe just maybe I’ll get it today.
Who knows what that means. Anyone had meh tell FedEx not to deliver before? Seems odd.
Well thankfully after the shipping weirdness mine works perfectly… So far (and is much quieter than the name brand one that we paid way more for).
I too received one that is not the same model as the pictures… It’s similar but the control panel is more simplistic. No interior light (although that would annoy me anyway)
Mildly irritated that what they sent me isn’t what was advertised… But, So far 24 hrs in… It’s working exactly like it is supposed to and is quieter than the one we paid 2.5 times the price for a few years ago. If it lasts a while, it will have been a good purchase.
@user42122886 Contact meh support. Lots of people have posted that they have gotten duds or on occasion not the product pictured and it broken. https://meh.com/support
@Kidsandliz I did…no help was offered, just a return shipping label. Reached out to the manufacturer email on the instructions, have not heard back a week later. Ended up just shipping it back for a refund…
Wtf meh? Mine is having the exact same issues. DOA and will not do anything. Tried emailing the support number in the manual and it says it’s not a valid email address. Not to mention it’s not even the same item that’s pictured.
It also had a random rogue screw lying in the bottom of the box that doesn’t appear to be from the device. Not to mention it isn’t even the same product that is pictured in the photos. This wasted about 2 hours of my life screwing around with a broken defective bait and switch.
@SteveOOO Contact meh support. Lots of people have posted that they have gotten duds or on occasion not the product pictured and it broken. https://meh.com/support
@therealjrn I’m sure I’ll be buying it. You should’ve seen the excitement in my daughter’s eyes when she saw this thing unboxed and her cat slowly walking around it. Only to have the thing be a complete dud. thanks for the recommendation. Now I’m just waiting to hear back from customer service on what to do with this humongous piece of crap.
@SteveOOO
Contact meh support. Lots of people have posted that they have gotten duds or on occasion not the product pictured and it broken. https://meh.com/support
I ordered two and both were delivered today with the inside grate by the door broken. I cannot file register for the warranty since it only accepts Amazon order numbers.
@moocow1452 Contact customer service https://meh.com/support lots of people seem to have gotten ones that aren’t working - or at least based on the posts here.
So, I figured out a workaround and I am considering keeping this thing. If I just power cycle at the plug, I get a rolling cycle and it beats scooping…
Mine arrived as our baby arrived 6+ weeks premature - I opened it today and discovered it’s covered in cat urine and feces, was not fully re-packed (refurbished) is missing accessories, and includes the original buyer’s information on the original shipping label on the exterior. WTF meh!?! Crossing my fingers the 90 day warranty does some heavy lifting on this one…
@Kyeh it goes a step or two further… So after taking photos, etc. It appears this is: the wrong model (REW vs. M2) has urine on the exterior & interior, was shipped to not just one prior customer, but beneath my shipping label I can see 2 or 3 more BELOW what appears to be one of the amazon warehouse ‘thanks to you, this product gets a 2nd chance’ sticker, where there are meant to be 5 rolls of bags, I had one, the box for the power adapter was inside the little catch/dump flap… No idea who meh contracted for this one, but it’s one sloppy logistics/warehousing mess, from the look of it.
Hi everybody. I suscribe to https://thekrazycouponlady.com/ which is where I found my current automatic litter drum and I noticed a new offer on a similar clone today:
Remember to use the coupon for 50% off, use code 4LCDCIEP
Looks like a pretty solid deal.
We may as well talk litter. My sister who has a multi cat household swore by Scoop Away Complete Performance Plus, Scented Cat Litter which is available for a very reasonable price from COSTCO–especially when they put it on sale very regularly (about 4 times a year) I think it’s an outstanding scoopable litter as well whether by hand or machine.
I have 2 adult cats, and have found the waste bag needs empting every 5 days. I can stretch it out a little, but I just put it into my phone schedule.

They also don’t recommend it for cats weighing less that 2.6 pounds.
@AaronLeeJohnson @Lynnerizer @rpstrong No problem with that, My cat weighs over 10 lbs!.
OK, who’s going to be the first to post a video showing their cat using both the litter box and then the app to finish up?

That being said, I’ve had more complications and other happenings than I could have imagined. I wish you well with your hip issues, a comfortable bed is SO important! I’ve got to figure out how I’m going to move forward.
It sounds like your base does the same thing as mine does, I love the massage feature and use it a lot. Thankfully my side of the bed is still useable. I love how it feels when you do the inversion position!
All the self-cleaning litterboxes I’ve seen have a mix of 3 types of reviews:
I think I’m good with the few minutes of scooping every day or two.
@stevenorum or my review… my boy cats seemed to hold their pee for so long that the clumps were really large therefore the cleaning mechanism could not lift it.
@stevenorum 4. IT SMEARED POOP EVERYWHERE!
@stevenorum And Jaxon Galaxy says ‘no’ to these kinds of litter boxes. Open boxes best. Just playing messenger.
@bx2a5z @stevenorum
@Felyne @stevenorum
Well I have a open top automatic litter box so I wonder what Jaxon has to say about that?

I haven’t watched him in a long time, I do wonder why he says that though?
@Lynnerizer @stevenorum He said they create more problems than they solve. Jackson Galaxyon Litter Boxes hope this link works.
@stevenorum The Litter Robot is safe and you keeping the dryer door closed would probably solve the other issue.
@Felyne @stevenorum

Thanks, I’ll check it out!
@Felyne @stevenorum Jaxson Galaxy can come by and scoop my litter boxes then!
@booogerbrain @therealjrn About 5 years ago, my spouse and I bought this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000XSC8R2 for her mother’s cat and it seemed to do the job just fine.
@andymand @booogerbrain @therealjrn
Andymand I had known about that kind with the rake for years before buying one of the other ones. Have you had both types or just the rake type at your moms place, I’m curious which you prefer?
@booogerbrain @Lynnerizer @therealjrn We only had the rake type and both cat and mother-in-law are deceased, so no more reviews are possible
As a dog person, can some cat person please explain to me why your cat needs what appears to be a tanning bed in which they can also crap?
Something went terribly wrong. Please try again.
@txag96 As a cat person, I can see no need for that either.
This contraption looks like a freaking MRI Machine!!
/showme a realistic cat looking out from the inside of a MRI machine
@MrGoodGuy It does.
@mediocrebot That would be a 100 pound cat!
@Kidsandliz @mediocrebot
Or just a MRI machine made for a cat!
@mediocrebot Just add litter!
“AI” users are cancer.
@DrunkCat Guess you’re cancer then since you just used the letters “A” & “I” together.
@DrunkCat It’s so cute that you don’t even know you likely use AI on a daily basis.
It’s everywhere now, even if you don’t realize it.
Have you used a search engine lately? You used AI when you did.
Most ISPs are using it. If you have a recent phone, your camera app and autocorrect likely use it.
People who complain about new tech and refuse to adapt are cancer.
@LocoLobo79 https://bsky.app/profile/shacknews.com/post/3lz344mxmb22a
I have 1 almost identical to this. It was great at first.
Alas.
The litter box has been nagging me for weeks about how lonely it is and how dead the cats might be:

But plot twist, when getting that screenshot, I saw that the runt started using it again yesterday:

Man I wish my phone were as comically large as the forum makes my screenshots look.
@mikey Where did you find the guideline for how much litter to add? I scoured the instruction book and google and nothing!
@user42122886 heck if I know. I may have gotten a different manual. I’m sure there are thirty different companies selling this exact rebranded litter box
![Umm… the brand name…???][1]
The brand name…???
[1]:
@LindyNC73 I read that as “Mr. Cringe.”
@matthewjfazio Maybe it’s just me, 'cause I see CUMRIGE, like CUMRIDGE & it’s just weird AF. Giggle
@LindyNC73 @matthewjfazio Can verify – one of the “brands” we looked at was Cumrige in addition to Tayacicy
They’re both the exact same product
At least this one doesn’t appear to be capable of ripping a cat in two.
/showme cats burying their owner in a litter box
@kg714x So you can dump the used pellets into your smoker and get even more for your money. This just keeps getting better!
Coming soon?

Oscar weighs in…
I’m not a cat person.
@Wollyhop You are young so you have time to improve yourself.
@Wollyhop @yakkoTDI
That’s right, NEVER SAY NEVER!

I became scared of them and traumatized
) Then, in 1993 after seeing the Disney movie Homeward Bound I couldn’t get my hands on a Himalayan cat like Sassy quick enough! My heart was aching and within a week I had my first Himalayan kitten who of course looked identical to Sassy!
I fell in love with the breed and I’ve been a cat snob ever since!
I was beyond “not a cat person” until I was 25 years old, I absolutely despised them! (Probably due to growing up with my mom scaring the feral cats out from under our house with a BB gun.

@Lynnerizer @yakkoTDI This would be a good argument but there are to many emojis cluttering up the screen

@Wollyhop @yakkoTDI
Ahh… Wollyhop, are you telling me you don’t like my use of emojis…
🫣

And you’re saying it with DEATH emojis, that’s a bit harsh don’t you think?!
The write-up today is not sufficiently cat-like.
Replace this…
…with this…
Cats would never admit fault…
We already have a self cleaning litter box. At least I assume it’s self cleaning - I don’t do anything to it.
)
(Hmm, maybe my wife would know more about it… they’re her cats.
Just got mine today. Won’t run the cleaning cycle because it’s convinced the bin is full. Needless to say, it’s completely empty
@st_ellis
Good luck!

Did you try unplugging it and reboot the entire thing. If it’s got a app I’d uninstall it and start over. It’s worth a shot.
@st_ellis
Contact meh support. Lots of people have posted that they have gotten duds or on occasion not the product pictured and it broken.
https://meh.com/support
@st_ellis Me, too
@Kidsandliz out of about 90 things I’ve purchased, this is the third or fourth I’ve had to contact them about.
@SterlingArcher
The Tuya app? Great, the Chinese government will now have a full documented list of every time our cats poop.
@OnionSoup @SterlingArcher
Yeah, my off-brand clone uses the same app. Jokes on Chyna tho, it reports my ~10# cats weigh 17 pounds! That’s enough to give any rogue ninjas pause. HAHAHA
@SterlingArcher You could contact meh support to let them know they sent something different than advertised if you end up unhappy with the one you got.
https://meh.com/support
@OnionSoup @SterlingArcher @therealjrn Please tell me what your off brand clone is so I can get one!
@amusinglisa Surely so AL! I really appreciated the price although it was more than meh’s, it was A LOT less than a Litter Robot brand. It even comes with a couple rolls of waste bags to get you started!
It’s a FUMOI brand and uses the “Tuya” app.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DNYXKWRV
@therealjrn Thank you, Soup!
@amusinglisa Soup? Like Souperman?
@therealjrn Oh. Easily distracted. I got you confused with OnionSoup. LOL
I meant, “Thank you, realjrn”
Seems odd.
@OnionSoup Yay! It arrived. Don’t know why FedEx told me it was being held… they delivered anyway. Cardboard box looks cool.
@OnionSoup
Sounds like mostly a FedEx CYA event…
@chienfou @OnionSoup That’s what I suspect, too.
Just got mine and it is dead right out of the box. The manufacturer and meh have not been helpful. Looks like I’m sending it back…
@user42122886 Contact meh support.
I was thinking about getting a second box from this sale to back-up my current Fumoi brand box. Whew! Dodged a bullet there!
I’m sorry for the folks having issues (I assume they’re being drop shipped?)
This is the one I have and am happy with it:
Fumoi Self Cleaning Litter… https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DNYXKWRV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
@SteveOOO
Contact meh support. Lots of people have posted that they have gotten duds or on occasion not the product pictured and it broken. https://meh.com/support
I ordered two and both were delivered today with the inside grate by the door broken. I cannot file register for the warranty since it only accepts Amazon order numbers.
@fartfog Contact the fine folks at Meh support.
https://meh.com/support
Set mine up today, red fault light, appears not to recognize the drum.
@moocow1452 Contact customer service https://meh.com/support lots of people seem to have gotten ones that aren’t working - or at least based on the posts here.
This is not the model I got. I have a red “feces tray full” light on and it won’t go off… Grrrrrrrr
@user10341704 Oh, GROSS!
KCL:

AMZN: https://a.co/d/4g1vgZe
