Unless I’m missing something, this has no reservoir or misting function apart from when it’s attached to a hose. So it’s not really practical for indoor use. Am I missing something?
It does look like there are options available with a tank and/or less outdoorsy water feed.
Still a cool thing. My solution to outdoor heat is to stay inside where there’s AC. Unfortunately my office (the og, not at home one) gets warm.
I’d love to see y’all offer something like this for indoor use. I have one. It’s small and weak and I don’t use it anymore (instead I’ve got three fans).
I’ve tried a couple of handheld models from the mediocre group and they’re impractical or resplendent in suckitude as well.
The best instance I’ve found aside from a standard swamp cooler or heavy duty outdoor misting system is a handheld spray bottle with a fan attached, but that’s not practical for my application.
@joelmw
I love the idea of a cool mist but what about the water that’s going to ruin my hard wood floors? 🪭
Sounds like outdoors is the correct place for this…
If the Main Internal Battery needs replacing it’ll run as much (or more) than the whole unit. Found this info on Google that says the replacement is about $60 - $80.

Another home run comic!
I am also not a fan, and I am more of a mystery than a mister.
Unless cutting onions.
