@cengland0@zhicks1987 Sharona was a trained and experienced nurse, so she knew where to draw the line. Natalie was a pushover and had to learn to stand up to Adrian eventually.
People used to say my life was like Mr. Monk’s (without the excessive touching of poles). I relate to most of his OCD and phobias like hand shaking and things like that. I didn’t have to see a psychiatrist for my problems though.
I never understood why he had phobias about touching things but needed to touch every pole he walked by – didn’t seem plausible. And if the problem was as bad as he made it seem, he would be wearing gloves all the time – at least that’s what I would do.
Sharon was basically the hooker type with the heart of gold, while Natalie was the older sister taking care of the little brother. Both had Monk’s best interest at heart.
I think Sharona was probably the better foil but Natalie was cuter. At first Natalie was tougher but they wrote her character to be weaker over time. The shared spousal loss was more poignant.
Natalie. No contest there. Natalie was cute and Sharona was trampy.
@cengland0 Sharona just seemed mean. I prefer Natalie, too.

In case you didn’t know it, there’s a Monk movie called, “Mr. Monk’s Last Case: A Monk Movie”. It’s pretty funny, in my opinion.

@cengland0 It was pretty good, from what I remember. I was glad The Randy Disher Project took off.

Loved them both, I can’t pick one over the other.

Tony Shaloub as a monk. Pretty good. Except for that uh… extra hand down there.
@mediocrebot @zhicks1987 Yeah, we shouldn’t go there, but what the heck …
