@sammydog01 I know, I have the same problem… I love the yellow Music Therapy one, it’s one in rotation (especially in warmer weather)

@jasneko @narfcake It is unisex sizing. Do they anywhere have the measurements for that? With Life is Good t-shirts I wear a woman’s large (I hate tight shirts). Any guesses what I’d be in unisex for this shirt on woot?

@Kidsandliz @narfcake I got the women’s L (same reason, I don’t like them tight) and it’s plenty roomy, but the V goes down farther than I expected. So not helpful about the unisex size, but this is 21" across, and 26" long from shoulder to hem.
@jasneko, I 'm kind of bummed, because once again the colors printed less vividly than in your picture. The latest Haunted House one of yours was nice and bright, though! I got that in a long-sleeve.

@jasneko @Kyeh @narfcake Thanks. That (measurement and photo) is helpful. Also gives info about shrinkage when comparing to what is on the website.

@jasneko @Kidsandliz @Kyeh @sammydog01 Amazon must have ran out of the Port and Company blanks again.The P&C blanks are pretty tolerant to shrinkage, staying true in width and less than a half inch in length. Past experience says that the Gildan (Anvil) blanks are worse when it comes to shrinkage.

@jasneko @Kidsandliz @narfcake @sammydog01 Thanks. Also, I would have thought that “fitted” would be tighter than “classic,” but evidently it’s looser?

@jasneko @Kidsandliz @Kyeh @sammydog01 They used to be slimmer, but folks kept ignoring the sizing charts and kept complaining that they received “a child’s shirt”. Eventually, the “fitted” option for the women’s tees were changed to a different Bella+Canvas cut, which happens to be wider than the Port & Company blanks.

@jasneko @narfcake So what is the shirt blank of the shirts with the yellow on the tag like kitty warp has? I chose men’s L in large because I am tall and the chest is the same as the brand of shirt you fitted is right now. I can’t read what is on there even if blown up.

@Kyeh Oh darn, I’m sorry to hear this… but glad about the haunted house one. Ever since you said the colors weren’t as vivid I’ve been trying to double the layer of color to make sure they come out more saturated when using a watercolory/paint coloring… I wonder if I forgot on that one? I will definitely try to remember with the painty type designs going forward.

@Kidsandliz Hope you were able to get the size that fits! To prevent shrinkage, try air drying, or partially air drying. Also wash inside out to protect the design.

@jasneko @Kidsandliz @narfcake I think it’s the ones on black especially where the colors seem pale. I’m hoping the yellow one doesn’t have that problem!

@Kidsandliz @Kyeh @narfcake If you mean the yellow Music Therapy, I have one myself and also bought them for gifts and they seem pretty vivid - I’m happy with it!

Yes you’re right about it on black, I’ve seen it too on a few shirts. I’m going to try and double or triple the layers (especially for black) when I use painty coloring - hopefully that’ll help!

@Kidsandliz @Kyeh @narfcake Oh no I don’t print them! When I’m designing I generally have layers - one may be an outline, and the coloring is another layer in the artfile. With the watercolory style I’ve been using, there is some transparency. So I’ve been trying to double or triple the coloring layers to ensure a brighter color. If this makes no sense, think of it as adding another layer of paint But in the computer file! I only supply the artwork

@Kyeh oh yes, sorry… maybe it’s not common knowledge but unfortunately only a handful of the colors area available in long sleeves Some of the designs they brought back for the valentine’s sale are on those colors (black for instance), but not all. It would be nice if more were available!!
