A friend bought me one of these. I like it but I don’t love it. The size is a little awkward and I think the button placement could be better (or maybe the buttons themselves?), but those are my only complaints.
@Bretterson I pretty much agree. It’s big and a bit cumbersome, but it works pretty well. I’m happy enough with mine. It’s certainly less of a hassle than getting out my drill, but I have yet to see if it will work as well as the drill for assembling Ikea furniture. It’s quite convenient for taking apart and reassembling small electronic stuff.
@Bretterson Here’s an update: I just spent a few hours doing some electrical work which involved taking apart outdoor outlet covers and replacing outlets. This electric screwdriver was a real time saver. WIth the tight screws I could use it as a manual screwdriver then use power to get the screws the rest of the way out. Reassembly was a snap. It was so much easier and so less cumbersome than using a drill. I’m really glad I got it.
