I suppose this is in character for Meh, but this is 5 days after Valentine’s; less than a week, more than a weekend. (That is to say, I was expecting this two days from now or two days ago.)
Ok, here is the question - I know you can’t use a coupon on the IRK, however, if you use a coupon to buy something today on the Meh-rathon, does that nullify the $20 back?
@oppodude did we get an answer on this? I did use my coupon on my 17.00 item, nothing in the IRK description said I couldn’t. I did NOT try to use last month’s coupons on the IRK, just the Meh item.
I want to be sure that will not nullify my 20.00 back. (I highly doubt it but want to be sure)
@Dakini I have heard nothing. But I did buy the $5 backpack that @indifferentdude posted yesterday. and then I used a coupon on the peanut puffs. So in theory I have covered my bases. and I get a handy dandy bag to use for soccer stuff for the little Messy (intentional misspelling) one.
Interesting twist today with the IRK today meh. Here’s one you might try someday: A standalone IRK for your desired $40, with no reduction. And included is guaranteed to be one random item that was sold during the mehrithon. (your choice) An IRK+, or a loaded IRK, if you will.
How is my IRK showing up on my CC that it was purchased from Side Deal on February 18th? I don’t even see how it could be the different time zone since I purchased it around 5-6am eastern standard.

@chienfou I get that “Too Soon” message since I’m not a member. I guess I get to keep my Fainting Goat icon though. I’ll sometimes rejoin when they offer IRK’s the Old-Fashioned way where you have to beat others to the Buy Now button. Don’t care for the Oprah version … “You can Buy an IRK!! You can Buy an IRK too!!! EVERYBODY CAN BUY AN IRK!!!”

I don’t believe you have to be a member to get an Irk. I think you just need to be willing to part with the cash. And yes I did try it again this morning and was able to make it work then. Not sure what the issue was, but at least now it’s resolved & my regret (and some slippers for SWMBO) is/are on the way.
@chienfou True, being a member is not required to buy an IRK but only members see the offering and can purchase one when it starts at Midnight. Non-members can see the offering but have to wait until a certain time (8 AM? I forget the exact time) before they’re allowed to buy one.
If the item isn’t an IRK, non-members can’t even see what it is until it’s available to everyone! They just see a full-page “Too Soon” with other offerings that are available to them.
Uh oh, I bought an IRK… as long as there isn’t a “40 pound e-waste actual HP non working laser printer that is still taking up space in my garage and makes the delivery guy hate me” inside it will be an improvement on last time.

If you have a Best Buy locally they take electronics for recycling… or you could save it for the next time they have a trade-in printer event at Office Depot. If there is a toner with it it’s worth $2 as well.
