I’ve had quality mice living in my house recently but they seemed to leave for Summer vacation. [and make sure not to feed them everything must be in glass or heavy plastic containers] anyway they were not silent as a mouse; nothing worse than waking up at night to the sound of a scurrying mouse or one crunching away at some morsels it found. Oh, the horror! Honestly they are not that bad, but I miss my old cat that even in his senior years would lie in wait because he knew where one was and that he would get it eventually.
But for the future, if you receive 10 lb bags of pasta in some sort of random “drop” deal, lock them up securely. For a while I found pieces of pasta stashed everywhere.
@Willijs3 well you’re not paying the mandatory obedience fee then. I was sucked into the vacuum and never could get out, so I never pay shipping. It was helpful when I used to buy a lot of wine, but I buy less now. But still one order of wine covers the monthly tithing to the Gods of Meh.
