At work. They installed huge new systems on the roof a couple months ago but apparently they don’t work with the existing ductwork. It has been in the 30s outside and they can only manage 65 degrees in the office.
@mycya4me no idea. It’s right above the toilet, too. We didn’t design the house, the skylight is just one of the weird things about it that we deal with.
There aren’t any other skylights in the house though. Just one, right above the toilet in the bathroom attached to the primary bedroom. Fun times.
@LaserEyes@pakopako I had a neighbor that had one of those Domed Skylights in his Family/ Media room. you could NOT open it. a few people climbed onto his room Removed it to break in & steal stuff. He had to removed, covered so that could not happed again!
I realized I had some gaps in my vinyl collection, so I leaned on Amazon to help correct the glaring errors. Delivery guy just dropped off 4 new sets… all ‘best of’ albums.

@LaserEyes @mycya4me I’ve had that: it’s for ventilation purposes (so the toilet smell goes straight up instead into the house)
Unfortunately moisture doesn’t quite work that way and sometimes you get a cloud trapped up there unless you open the skylight all the way.
