Dungeness crab. Has kind of a funk to it but soo good. The first time I had snow crab I was like “did someone take all the flavor out of this?”
“Best tasting”?? Brussels sprouts? Cauliflower? Not IMHO. To me, they border on OK when drenched in melted cheese and/or real butter + proper seasoning and washed down with adequate alcohol.
