This could actually be a possibility, I’ve been wanting to get another one of these for my car. The one we keep in my guy’s vehicle doesn’t have the air compressor like I thought it did.I lost a bet on that fact!
When looking at this picture I just assumed this would also jump start a vehicle. Duh… good thing I thought about it and took another look!
WHY does the picture say 28x a motorcycle and 12x a car? Are they talking about filling the tires? That can’t be it, not when they’re so specific with the 12 and 28 times. How many tires are we filling and how low are they when we start?
So much for seeing what we want to see… How did I not see the ball and the bike? Do I think those are going to be jump started too…? Lol Time for another nap!
@Lynnerizer Lol, I’m in the same boat, since I’ve been up for more than 24 hours. Fading… fast… (If course, I’ll probably get my second wind any minute now.
@Kyeh@Lynnerizer $39.99 popped into my head briefly, with zero confidence in the accuracy, so i tried Google & it seemed to still have the listing for the link, cuz it was labeled “3 hours ago.” It said $34.99, which is in the ballpark of my guess.
I bought two of them… Both were totally dead upon arrival, which indicates poor battery storage as you’re not supposed to let Li-Ion/Li-Poly batteries sit dead. They woke up and took a charge. They power on, and one seems to be able to inflate a tire, but one won’t go above half charge. The manual says it should only take 5 hours w/ 5V2A input, and even overnight, didn’t achieve half charge indicating a poorly balanced pack (looks like 3x 4000mAh cells muchlike a jump starter battery). Suspect a bad battery, and these things will probably ‘expire’ in folks’ hot cars within a year or three.
Additionally, upon opening and installing the hose, the lever on the chrome fill valve fell apart into about 3 pieces.

@ircon96

YES… Fading really fast… until 12:01!
@Lynnerizer
Yep, you pretty much nailed it! FML.
@ircon96 @Lynnerizer I was asleep when this came up; do either of you remember how much it cost?

@Kyeh @Lynnerizer Sorry, i could have cropped out all that extraneous stuff for you!

@ircon96 @Lynnerizer No, I appreciate your finding it, thanks!
@ircon96 @Kyeh

Good find, I wouldn’t have remembered but then of course I knew you were right when I saw it!
The brain… so temperamental!
Perhaps the best thing in the Mehrathon (though this doesn’t function as a USB output charger?)
