Most dogs I know destroy things like this within days, if not hours. Even if they don’t destroy them, I can’t imagine any dog owners that want to hear squeaksqueaksqueak all the time.
@haydesigner Maybe a rough big dog, but my small boy just likes chewing and playing keep away with the toys, they usually go missing because he takes them outside.
@haydesigner it really depends on the dog. @charliedoggo would rescue the squeeky rather quickly making this a frivolous and potentially dangerous purchase.
My last furbaby Sam, OTOH, had plushy toys from the day I rescued him until the day he died, roughly nine years. He absolutely played “rough” with them, but his definition of rough was rather tame. If he was around, this would be a fantastic purchase.
I did in fact buy these last time and my dog, in fact, did destroy them without prejudice.
In terms of toys for my dog, it comes down to price per squeaker (PPS). My dog is very squeaker driven so this is a key metric for him so we don’t go broke.
There are 9 squeakers in this offer along with the crinkly carrier. PPS is $.75 which isn’t bad when you compare it to other options on the market. There’s a lamb chop toy at the grocery store with 5 squeakers for $6 which is $1.20 PPS.
Overall it’s a solid deal as-is and it’s nice to just throw him one little toy a night. I did have a IRK coupon last time which made it even better of a deal but still probably going to buy again just to see his little tail wagging and the look on his face when he realizes he gets to tear something asunder.
@Mandamm you should always supervise them when they’re playing or when they’re chewing on anything. And shouldn’t leave things laying around for them to be able to chew/swallow when you’re not looking. They’re no different from kids and certainly don’t know right from wrong.
My dog loves these toys. I hide a treat in them and it takes her a while to pull out the kiwis to get to the treat. She’s a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and does not destroy toys. If your dog destroys toys, then these are probably not right for you.
It is very obvious, y’all do not have two Jack Russells, these would be a fluff bombs of stuffing in about 1 to 2 minutes…they would be delighted, I would be left cleaning up the mess
@Roxxiemuzic Yeah, that’s what happened when I gave them to my sister’s dog. He loved them so much I bought another three of them and used an IRK $5 coupon to bring the price down to $7!
Our bark box subscription just ended. These are very similar to the toys we get in those. The price point on these is very good, comparatively. My Pomeranian will love the tiny toys with the squeakers. She will distribute them everywhere. My dachshund only has eyes for his tennis ball.
I have a 20-lb cockapoo who does not destroy stuffed todays and is very happy to play with these squeaky toys and has more or less figured out how to shake the toys out of the containers. Good value

So doggone squeeky!!

I miss the squeaks; my little pup stopped when her companion got sick, and she had to grow up really fast.

And, I miss his squeek, squeek, squeek very much
That seams kind of pricey to me.
I showed these to my dog and she kept licking her butt. That’s the definition of Meh.
So, 3 toys should last 3 minutes?
Does the warranty cover being torn up or being not torn up?
@phendrick that’s right!! That is the reason I go to Dollar Tree for their toys FOR my Cat!
@phendrick it’s a 3 pack of 3-in-1 so 9 squeaker toys total plus the 3 holder things which crinkle
Where’s the poll discussion?
/showme cats playing with cat toys
@mycya4me Is that darn bot drunk or sleeping?
@mycya4me @yakkoTDI
That darn showme bot has NEVER worked for me! Maybe it’s a union kind of thing…
I made the write-up! I’m honored…

@sproinky
Well let’s see some pics of your little fur baby! Please…
@Lynnerizer our little monster
@Lynnerizer @sproinky aaawwwww so sweet and floofy!!!

@sproinky @tinamarie1974

I agree, he’s BEAUTIFUL! Thanks for the pics!
I don’t want anything that my Dogs would destroy, can lead to ingesting stuff and requiring surgery to remove…
@Mandamm Just stay with them when they play with it.

AI is like a dog toy in the sense that it would never be used because all dogs are good dogs.
Well my dog is excited to play with leafs inside the house
@BigGut56 at first look, I thought it was a poop bag with little flames.
I had an adoption planned for today for a week and these show up the day of adoption.
@vileseverance aww! Bless your heart!
what did you guys adopt?? Would love to see pics!

There is no measurements listed here. I have an Irish Setter and worry about a choking on hazard. These look like the kiwi pieces could be small.
@sindysin these look like toys for tiny dogs. my dog is 50 pounds and these are way too small for him.
My dog loves these toys. I hide a treat in them and it takes her a while to pull out the kiwis to get to the treat. She’s a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and does not destroy toys. If your dog destroys toys, then these are probably not right for you.
@samgignac
Such a pretty breed! Any pictures to share?

I got these for my sister’s dogs but haven’t given them yet. Here’s how big they are, since some people are wondering:
