Meh Color Mismatches

Curious, how many folks have had a significant differences between the color on screen and item received and their outcome. I snagged a towel set 
and asked for a return as the colors were different and they said they weren’t at fault and I could RMA with me paying for shipping if I was unhappy. At this point, should I just give up on color matching and hope for the best?

IDK. Looks “chocolate” to me.
It is inherently difficult to judge color from a computer monitor. (In fact, many websites mention that in their listings.)
