@shahnm
It took me a minute to find the one you [presumably] meant- turns out that there are quite few meanings for this ‘term’.
My other favorite is Strawberry Milkshake of Death (or SMOD for short)- stemming from the pink milkshake-like color [hopefully not] which can sometimes be observed during a vehicle’s coolant inspection. Not a good sign, as it means the vehicle’s coolant and automatic transmission fluid are mixing within the radiator.
@Kyeh I was gonna post this but since she died Dec. 31st I didn’t think it belonged in this thread even though her death wasn’t reported until after the 1st. She was unique, that’s for sure!
One of Hollywood’s worst weeks just got worse. David Lynch, the four-time Oscar-nominated filmmaker behind Blue Velvet, Mulholland Drive, Eraserhead, Wild at Heart, The Elephant Man and others who also created the Showtime drama Twin Peaks, has died. He was 78…
“Ueck was the light of the Brewers, the soundtrack of our summers, the laughter in our hearts, and his passing is a profound loss,” the Brewers said in a statement. “He was the heart and soul of Wisconsin and a dear friend. Bob loved people; his presence warmed every room and he had a way of welcoming all of us into his world as if we were lifelong friends.”
Sigh. The year just started and the violence keeps going
@pakopako Sadly fucking true. Makes me very tired.
I am starting to actually believe, in my heart, not just my brain, that the only salvation we might have is an alien invasion.
@Cerridwyn @pakopako I increasingly eagerly await the SMOD.
@Cerridwyn @pakopako I, for one, welcome our new robot overlords.
