I have an Ecovacs, and while they aren’t VERY repair helpful, I just replaced the battery with relatively little fuss. And third party brushes and bags are available.

Shark’s official FAQ for the Matrix/AI Ultra 2 - 1 says the filters should be cleaned every couple of months and replaced every 6–12 months; it directs you to their accessory store for replacement filters and notes that worn side brushes and brushrolls should also be replaced.
If you don’t want to pay Shark prices, there are third‑party kits for this model – for example the Ecleanfy 12‑piece kit manual lists a self‑cleaning brushroll, main brush, multiple filters, six side brushes and a cleaning tool compatible with AV2610WA/RV2610WA.
Last time you had one of these floor sucking robots I learned that the mopping version can be quite messy. I was super bummed about because I WAS excited to try it with water! Guess we’ll stick with the dry suction Meh so kindly sent me MANY moons ago!
@Lynnerizer we all have our preferences I suppose but wet suction seems like it would always be better than dry, all that chafing and all? Different strokes for different folks?

What I was saying is that the last time they offered a wet mop I was going to buy it until I learned of the nightmares they had caused several people. Unfortunately, with my physical challenges I wouldn’t be able to clean up even one small mishap.
I got a refurb Shark vacuum and it has been outstanding. It gets balled up on debris or stuck every so often so it certainly isn’t without maintenance, but I sweep and mop the area the Shark patrols every week and I sweep up so much less now.
I also got a combo sweep-mop unit similar to this but haven’t opened it up yet.
