Well this deal doesn’t really blow me away. I’m not a fan of it. However the pictures of the fans sure are some sharper image(s) than others I’ve seen online!

@mehmef@pmarin fans don’t cool the air, they just move it faster. Like when you breathe out hot air or blow cold air; they’re both technically warm, one just comes out slower and the other comes out faster.
What you need with a fan is either incredible speed (but then you’re in a wind tunnel) or a “swamp cooler” + dehumidifier. A swamp cooler you can make yourself since it’s basically a fan with an ice cube behind it (the air around the ice cube picks up the cold droplets and gets sucked into the fan which splashes you with cold mist) - and a dehumidifier to keep you dry (to remove the mist that sticks to you before it warms back up… or else you’ll be wiping yourself off with a towel lot).
Typical DIY swamp coolers/ghetto AC units involve using styrofoam to build a beer cooler (or cutting a hole in an existing beer cooler) where you replace one of the cooler walls with a fan and then fill the cooler up with bags of ice (that you could re-freeze when they melt). The air inside the cooler around the bags of ice will always be damp and cold as it gets sucked into the back of the fan and sprayed out.
California also has wildfires and plenty of DIY filters.

So, I noticed that there are no cords or plugs pictured.
Does that mean that these are cordless rechargeable fans? [Apparently not, per the Lowes product info page which states: “Plug-in”]
Also, I noted that they operate at 24 Volts and variable Watts- what gives with that?
Do they come with a proprietary power supply? because our house outlets are all 110-115-120 volts [one of those is correct, I think…]
[Again, per Lowes- the motor operates on DC, so an adapter/transformer is likely provided?]

These were on Meh last year. I bought the 12" fan, it’s still running fine. Can be a bit noisy on high but it certainly pushes some air!
These are great fans, the 10" I own is a tank.
Purchased a 10 last year. Power button stopped working, and we used it a dozen times at that.
