Not dehydrating!
A clear bottle, have to know how much is in the container. Also having water close at hand at all times.

Drinking a case of Monster energy drinks every 6 hours!
@mycya4me Well THAT might do more to you than just keeping you hydrated… I’m sure as heck not trying it! Lol
@mycya4me because when you’re in the hospital for a heart attack they’ll put you on an IV drip?
Staying in the warm tub all day long.
40 oz. Hydro flask with ice and water. But I do drink electrolyte packetswhen needed.

I’d say four of these or similar per person
Plus a big one, 654 or 128 ounces For carrying ice And a second big one for carrying water for wiping one’s face or something like that
Not setting foot into the dehydrator on the holodeck.
Perhaps don’t fall into the ocean?
